📋 Description
• Provides essential project support and in-sourced and outsourced resource management tasks for IT Professional Services Projects. • Independently monitor, update, and close engagements and maintain digital records of project-related activity. • Assists with sourcing and processing subcontractor quotes and contracts. • Handles resource schedule management for assignment of engineers and contractors to projects. • Creates and processes project engagements in PSA software including contracts, change requests, and other modifications.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s Degree (or higher) in Business Management, Project Management, or Information Technology preferred • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience preferably with knowledge of resource management practices and/or in an IT Support role • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Strong written and verbal skills. • Ability to recognize project improvement areas and adapts well to an ever-changing environment.
