📋 Description

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert overlay on Overwatch Elite opportunities, driving technical and compliance strategy for complex Managed Services deals. • Lead executive-level technical discussions and align customer business goals with managed security and compliance offerings. • Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, compliant, and smoothly transitioned into active management. • Evaluate customer environments to identify vulnerabilities and future-state risks. • Design and present strategic roadmaps that mitigate risk and scale with customer growth. • Lead scoping and development of complex documentation to meet industry compliance standards and regulatory frameworks. • Bridge operations, sales, and engineering for a unified approach to high-tier customer engagements. • Maintain knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and Logicalis policies. • Perform the role without supervisory responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. • 8-10 years experience in IT Security or related field. • Certifications listed: CISSP, CCA, CCIE. • Deep, hands-on background in systems, advanced networking, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. • Highly preferred to hold top-tier industry certifications and/or advanced networking and security credentials. • Proven track record in a solutions architecture, engineering SME, operations SME, or overlay role, specifically dealing with Managed Services and complex enterprise environments. • Strong working knowledge of major compliance frameworks and how to map technical controls to regulatory requirements. • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical and compliance risks into clear business outcomes for C-level executives. • Ability to look beyond the immediate technical fix to architect long-term, secure, and compliant future-state environments. • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of client and IT provider organization.
