📋 Description

• Provide partner support and guidance • Maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing • Identify gaps in existing processes and drive holistic solutions • Serve as primary contact and escalation point for B2C and B2B partner support queries • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and issues • Create and maintain partner support playbook with workflows, processes, procedures, and FAQs • Track incoming support tickets to identify recurring friction points and propose preventive fixes • Collaborate with Finance to validate and resolve claim discrepancies • Operationalize Channel Partner Program pricing policies • Maintain accurate data, logs, and approval tracking for corporate compliance • Collaborate between Business and IT on Salesforce opportunity management, quoting, and Sales Operations systems and process improvements • Formulate and test system enhancements during QA and UAT • Identify bugs, provide insights, and offer practical solutions to IT and business partners • Interact with Sales, Marketing, and Finance management across Logitech for Business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and ability to work under pressure and appropriately prioritize • Strong business acumen and ability to apply business context to analytical responsibilities • Keen attention to detail • Leadership and decision-making ability with accountability for daily details • Accountability for compliance requirements and accuracy • Strong experience using Excel and related analytical tools • Previous experience in Oracle R12 and/or SFDC preferred • Proven ability to identify challenges and drive efficiencies at the intersection of business processes and IT systems • Prior experience in sales support, customer success, or deal desk • Exposure to project management and/or participation in project implementations • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience with transactional systems and business operations
