📋 Description

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings. • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. • Attend court hearings in person and virtually. • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in Alabama (required) • 3-5+ years (all qualified applicants considered) • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven • Bonus qualifications: Multi-state licensure a plus! • Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience • Federal licensure
