📋 Description

• Support Longbridge Financial’s training and education program for Operations team members • Design, develop, and deliver onboarding, process, systems, product, compliance, and soft-skills training • Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions • Manage new-hire onboarding programs and training schedules • Develop training for new products, processes, technologies, and operational initiatives • Partner with Operations leadership, the Head of Operations, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning gaps • Conduct training needs analyses and provide coaching, refresher training, and performance support • Meet regularly with Operations senior leaders to align training priorities with business needs • Create and maintain job aids, process guides, presentations, eLearning modules, knowledge assessments, and instructional videos • Review and improve training content and prepare refresher courses • Maintain current knowledge of products, systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, observations, feedback, and performance metrics • Track training participation, completion, and performance data using the LMS and other reporting tools • Increase competency and productivity through group and individual training interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of learning and development certification, education, and experience • 3+ years of training and/or education experience • At least two years of experience in the mortgage industry • Reverse mortgage experience preferred • Direct experience with loan processing desired • Ability to develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs • Experience creating job aids, process guides, presentations, eLearning content, assessments, and reference documentation • Knowledge of adult learning theories and training techniques and technologies • Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop and maintain training curricula • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination processes, operational workflows, systems, and regulatory requirements • Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA/TRID, and HECM guidelines • Familiarity with loan origination and servicing systems such as QR, MeridianLink, ICE, LoanBridge, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred • Experience using Learning Management Systems and eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360, Scribe, Camtasia, or similar platforms • Ability to analyze training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, quality reviews, and performance metrics • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints and manage multiple projects • Core skills include training delivery and facilitation, curriculum development, coaching and mentoring, presentation skills, data analysis and reporting, relationship management and problem-solving, adaptability, organization, time management, attention to detail, and continuous learning • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations • Above average oral and written communication, customer service, and analytical skills • Intermediate working knowledge of Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
