📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment across sites within scope, budget, and timeline • Enforce global template standards and manage essential localization requirements • Serve as the main contact for business and program management, report progress, and manage expectations • Oversee rollout phases including testing, system integration, and vendor coordination • Track project risks, apply proactive fixes, and escalate critical issues • Support communication plans, drive change impact, and lead end-user training • Supervise data migration, manage final cutover, and ensure business continuity during hypercare • Lead deployment of a global SAP S/4HANA template across multiple international sites while accommodating local business and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading full SAP S/4HANA lifecycle deployment projects, including Greenfield, Brownfield, or Rollout implementations, in a global enterprise environment • Good understanding of core SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and PM, and cross-functional integration • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-country deployments with external implementation partners • Deep experience in project governance, PMO methodologies, budget control, and stakeholder communication • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders • Comfortable working in fast-paced, global matrixed, and culturally diverse organizations • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is required • Must be based within or near Portsmouth, NH, Houston, TX, or Walkersville, MD to facilitate travel and face-to-face engagements with US sites
