📋 Description

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding coaching sessions with new users • Support and activate users on the platform • Introduce relevant training programs • Serve as a point of contact for users during the initial phase • Demonstrate understanding and empathy for different learning needs • Provide feedback to the internal team on common questions or obstacles • Motivate new members to learn actively and book their first training session on the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – friendly, clear, and persuasive • Customer-centric mindset – you want our members to learn successfully • Proactive attitude – you do not wait to act; you take initiative • Basic technical proficiency – you are comfortable navigating digital tools • Teamwork and reliability – you are part of a dependable, people-focused team • Experience in coaching, onboarding, training, or customer support (a plus, but not required) • Understanding of learning platforms, HR tech, or SaaS products (a plus, but not required) • Interest in personal development, communication, and personal growth (a plus, but not required)
