📋 Description

• Lead and support end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Act as a functional subject matter expert for one or more D365 F&O modules • Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional design documents • Configure D365 F&O modules according to business needs and Microsoft best practices • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on customizations, integrations, and data migrations • Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect triage, and resolution • Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards • Advise stakeholders on system capabilities and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant • Strong hands-on experience with at least one core D365 F&O module • Solid understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies • Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional system designs • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models • Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Bachelor's degree • Must work EST hours • Successful completion of a background investigation for U.S. employment • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Finance, Supply Chain, or related areas are highly desirable • Experience with SQL Reporting Services or Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable • Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting; Power BI is a plus • Consulting or client-facing experience, relevant industry experience, and multi-entity, multi-currency, or global implementation experience are desired
