📋 Description

• Manage the overall clinical, technical, and administrative functions for the PAP Therapy program at the assigned location • Install and set up respiratory therapy equipment including CPAP, AutoPAP, and BiPAP • Provide patients with required supplies and products and assess patients and equipment on an ongoing basis • Contact patients to schedule equipment setups and explain the clinical benefits of PAP therapy and dangers of sleep apnea • Maintain clinical records, charting, progress notes, clinical files, equipment records, and preventative maintenance records • Keep demographic information updated • Oversee applicable regulatory rules and guidelines for respiratory therapist staff • Orient and train subordinate or newly hired respiratory therapist staff service technicians • Work with office staff to ensure prompt and accurate billing and documentation satisfying third-party payor coverage guidelines • Collaborate with clinical, managerial, and sales staff to promote and market home respiratory therapy services to referral sources • Ensure proper, accurate, and safe operation of equipment before installation • Work with RTs, PCCs, and various departments to complete tasks • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must have RT License • Must have high speed internet • Availability for patient contact and response to patient needs • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Technical capacity • Customer/client focus • Communication proficiency • Initiative • Collaboration • Financial management • Presentation skills
