📋 Description

• Conduct individual and couples coaching focused on relationships, separation/breakups & personal development • Analyze individual relationship patterns and develop sustainable strategies for change • Support clients through structured coaching programs (online & hybrid) • Create personalized coaching plans and document progress • Work closely with therapists, psychologists and team colleagues to ensure quality • Optional contribution to content creation (e.g., blog, podcast, workshops)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or certification in coaching, psychology, systemic counseling or a related field • Experience working with relationship issues or personal development • Empathetic, reflective and responsible demeanor • Strong communication skills, a structured approach to work and enthusiasm for continued development • Willingness to take part in supervision and ongoing professional training • Digital affinity (video coaching, online documentation tools)
