📋 Description

• Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives. • Jointly participate in projects & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflows • Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design • Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds • Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in Alteryx • Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives • Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience • 1+ years of experience in data sourcing, extraction, or analytics • Experience in Excel, SQL, python, and/or Alteryx • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Attention to detail and excellent business judgment with successful track record for working independently • Resourceful problem solver that is able to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines • Demonstrates work ethic and possesses a natural curiosity with a commitment to continually learn and grow • Written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience.
