• Act as an instructor and coordinator for LSAC’s signature Plus program • Provide individually tailored support to participating scholars through virtual meetings and correspondence • Develop and build online education content and program development in a learning environment • Meet with Plus scholars to address individual questions and needs • Track scholar participation, report outcomes, and recommend program development based on findings • Follow up with scholars to increase program participation, retention, and impact • Manage multiple calendars and schedules for programming and recordings with program stakeholders • Record and edit programming content for Plus, ensuring accessibility and quality • Coordinate with schools and the events team for Plus hubs • Build an inclusive virtual learning environment for content delivery • Coordinate with program stakeholders for content creation and delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in education, law, or another related field, or relevant experience • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum two (2) years of experience counseling or coaching higher education students in legal education admissions and providing student support • Minimum one (1) year of experience teaching or delivering educational content • Minimum two (2) years of experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and constituents • At least one (1) year of experience working with or running educational pathway programs; three years preferred • Experience building and managing virtual content through a learning management system • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required • Firm understanding of law school experience and legal education admissions process • Ability and willingness to learn and use specialized office software • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize as needed • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and organization skills • Willingness to work necessary hours to satisfactorily complete assignments • Ability to travel up to 30%
