• Support Circle’s mission to drive innovation in digital finance • Maintain the efficiency and clarity of vendor contract review process • Provide essential holiday coverage to ensure continuity of legal operations • Potential to expand into deal desk support for Sales and Customer Success teams
🎯 Requirements
• Experience from fast-paced environments, preferably within tech startups or scale-ups • Strong negotiation skills, particularly with SaaS, privacy, AI contracting, and general commercial agreements • Hands-on experience with AI • Ability to operate independently and balance risk with business needs • Must work during US Eastern Time hours
