• Lead the Commercial Legal function • Manage a team of commercial lawyers • Deliver innovative legal solutions • Oversee contract reviews and negotiations • Drive improvements in commercial terms and contracting processes • Provide strategic support to partnership teams • Collaborate with revenue and legal operations to automate workflows • Maintain the contract lifecycle management system • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified lawyer • Significant in-house experience in commercial contracts • Experience within HR-tech or SaaS environments • Demonstrated leadership in managing legal teams • Track record of complex negotiations • Passion for using technology and AI to drive efficiency • Ability to mentor, motivate, and build trusted relationships in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
