• Lead and develop the US commercial legal team • Manage a portfolio of enterprise deals • Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements • Align US practices with global legal strategy • Provide risk-calibrated advice to senior leadership
🎯 Requirements
• At least 10 years of commercial legal experience • Active bar membership • Proven experience in legal team management • Expertise in commercial contracting, open source licensing, and US privacy frameworks • Experience negotiating with regulated customers in financial services, healthcare, defense, and insurance • Familiarity with open source compliance and experience in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure is preferred.
