📋 Description

• Independently lead contract drafting and negotiations for commercial agreements • Advise on regulatory, intellectual property, employment, and international matters • Support strategic transactions • Collaborate with revenue, marketing, People/HR, programs, finance, engineering, product, and senior leadership • Refine and scale legal processes as the company grows • Support public company readiness and global corporate administration • Help build and scale the legal function • Tackle novel and complex legal issues in a collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an A.B.A.-accredited law school • 3–5 years of experience at a top law firm • In-house experience preferred • Admitted to and in good standing with a state bar • Strong judgment and critical-thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced technology environment
