📋 Description
• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the People team • Provide expert guidance across the full employment lifecycle • Own all employment disputes including pre-litigation claims and administrative charges • Oversee internal investigations and advise on employment law compliance • Engage with adjacent legal areas as business needs evolve
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10+ years of dedicated employment law experience • Experience in-house counsel roles • Strong background in California employment law • Managing employment litigation • Advising on equity and executive compensation • Experience with high-growth or technology companies • Exceptional communication skills • Sound judgment • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Fluency with AI tools
