📋 Description

• Client Implementation: Build connections between Watershed and client systems, and configure Watershed to meet each client's goals. • Data Pipelines & Integrations: Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, and write scripts to create and manage data connections to Watershed. • Reporting & Analysis: Use our flexible reporting platform to perform data analysis on complex data sets and build dashboards and reports that help clients understand and act on their data. • Consulting & Best Practices: Consult with clients on their goals, share knowledge of best practices, and help clients build out their learning data ecosystems. • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance to clients and work closely with the technology team to troubleshoot issues and influence product changes. • Automation and Deployment: Automate repetitive technical workflows to improve efficiency for both clients and the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience, ideally including Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, and software automation tools. • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations. • Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into actionable technical solutions. • Experience with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON are a plus. • Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative. • Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. • The ability to work independently, yet function as an integral part of a team. • Proficiency in SQL and MySQL database. • Experience with Python and Java development. • Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
