📋 Description

• Participate in a paid 10-week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week • Measure business analytics across digital platforms and assets • Forecast trends in digital engagement • Benchmark engagement metrics against industry standards • Conduct technology research within the healthcare space • Evaluate the impact of market trends on satisfaction with digital assets • Identify customer segments for digital adoption and engagement goals • Analyze digital adopters by device usage, age band, product line, and brand • Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects • Complete assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and qualifications • Perform technical and non-technical business-related projects • Create and deliver a presentation at the completion of the internship • Support the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission, values, and Corporate Code of Conduct • Maintain member privacy and confidentiality • Perform other functions as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a full-time degree program • High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment • Good academic standing • Desired majors/degree programs include Business & Management, Mathematics & Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar programs • Preferred but not required experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel for data analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences and staff at all levels • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to work well in a team • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Proactive, creative, and flexible approach to assigned tasks • Commitment to continuous improvement • Ability to work independently and on intra- and inter-departmental teams • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment • Ability to sit and/or stand at a workstation while using a computer, keyboard, mouse, and/or phone for three or more hours at a time • Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or training as needed • Regular and reliable attendance required • Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy
