📋 Description
• Drive and operate a bucket truck • Run a crew of 2 to 3 people • Manually remove vegetation from work areas • Operate various forestry equipment • Perform line clearance, pruning, and removals • Learn to operate a bucket 75 feet in the air and operate equipment safely • Learn to climb trees using proper tools of the trade • Obtain and maintain licenses and certifications as required by the position • Complete post-offer physical and drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle check
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in the tree industry required • Current and valid CDL A or B with Air Brake endorsement preferred • Proven safety record • Must be at least 18 years of age • High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent • Ability to work outside in various types of weather • Physical ability to perform the position requirements • Willingness and ability to learn bucket operation up to 75 feet in the air • Willingness and ability to learn tree climbing using proper tools • Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain licenses and certifications as required • Successfully complete a post-offer physical and drug screen • Successfully complete a background and motor vehicle check • Clean safety record
