📋 Description

• Manually remove vegetation from work areas • Safely operate various forestry equipment, including Jarraff, brush hog mowers, Brontosaurus mower, woodchipper, hydraulic equipment, and chainsaws • Perform line clearance, pruning, and removals • Learn all aspects of the tree-care trade • Work full-time, year-round in outdoor physical labor • Communicate primarily via email during the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant work experience; 5 years of experience minimum preferred for Jarraff operation • Must have Jarraff experience • CDL preferred • Must be able to work 45 hours weekly • Must be 18 years of age • High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent • Current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation • Ability to work outside in various types of weather • Physical ability to walk on uneven ground and carry 75 lbs. • Willingness to work at varying heights up to 75 feet • Willingness and ability to learn how to run a bucket truck and operate equipment safely • Willingness and ability to obtain a CDL A or B license • Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain licenses and certifications required by the position • Successful completion of a post-offer physical and drug screen • Successful completion of a background and motor vehicle check
