📋 Description

• Provide direct patient care via telehealth • Conduct synchronous and asynchronous virtual patient consultations • Review patient intake forms, medical histories, laboratory results, and health data • Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate, following state and federal regulations • Provide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-ups, and treatment adjustments • Accurately document encounters, clinical decisions, and prescriptions in the EMR • Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to support patient adherence and outcomes • Maintain compliance with telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards • Serve as an active clinical member of LumiMeds’ Professional Corporation group • Exercise independent clinical judgment and support compliant, ethical, patient-first care

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states • Active, unrestricted license with prescriptive authority (for Nurse Practitioners) • Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) (for Nurse Practitioners) • Meets state requirements for telehealth practice (for Nurse Practitioners) • Licensed in multiple U.S. states strongly preferred • Prior telehealth experience preferred • Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health • Excellent clinical judgment, documentation skills, and attention to detail • Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment • Professional-level English communication • Availability to work U.S. business hours • Submit application in English • Candidates must be based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs
