📋 Description

• Lead the implementation phase for new clients and complex client renewals • Oversee implementation of client renewals or changes, new products, and regulatory or vendor changes impacting clients • Plan and coordinate client and cross-functional operational teams for setup and implementation • Mitigate client and internal risks through understanding downstream impacts • Partner with Sales and Client Management teams to facilitate operational procedures and implementation processes • Lead multiple, highly visible projects and meet deadlines • Facilitate internal and client meetings and presentations • Coordinate people and teams cross-functionally to resolve complex issues within designated time frames • Work in a client-facing position with occasional travel

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare benefits and/or healthcare administration • College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to work effectively with clients, brokers, vendors and differing levels of co-workers including Client Managers and all levels of staff • Proven ability to lead multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Experience facilitating internal and/or client meetings and presentations • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills • Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, delegate assignments and make decisions with minimal supervision • Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross functionally to resolve complex issues within designated time frames • Flexible; open to continued process improvement • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and occasional travel requirements • Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Self-Funded Insurance/Benefits and/or TPA experience • Preferred: 3–5 years client implementation experience in health insurance or TPA organization • Preferred: Microsoft Project experience • Preferred: Previous presentation experience
