📋 Description

• Enter, update, and maintain provider, vendor, and network information within the Health Benefits system • Investigate, correct, and resolve provider or network issues routed by Pre-Processing, Claims, Customer Service, or outsource vendor • Work with provider, vendor, network, employee/member, and coworker information • Use MS Excel/Word and learn new or proprietary systems and various system platforms

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent • Familiarity with provider billing or claims • Detail oriented • Excellent data entry skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production driven environment • Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form • Flexible; open to continued process improvement • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with team members, employees/members, providers, and co-workers • Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various system platforms, and effectively use MS Excel/Word • Previous pre-processing, provider maintenance, or repricing experience preferred • Previous provider billing experience preferred
