📋 Description

• Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience through prompt responses, efficient issue resolution, and seamless in-branch and digital service • Perform accurate banking transactions, including teller functions, while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements • Open and service consumer and business accounts • Manage account maintenance requests, problem resolution, and fraud-related inquiries • Engage customers in needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate products and services • Support relationship deepening through consultative cross-selling • Provide information about bank products, services, and digital banking tools • Maintain organization and operational discipline for daily branch activities • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery • Assist with branch initiatives, customer outreach, and community involvement • Process and close consumer loan requests, including installment loans and home equity lines of credit

🎯 Requirements

• One year of customer service, providing a high-quality experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, or ability to learn them quickly • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize items based on customer needs • High school degree or equivalent
