Lumos integrates with hundreds of systems, positions itself as a SaaS solution for enterprise identity/security teams, and emphasizes continuous detection, remediation, audit evidence generation, and reducing manual IT work and standing privileges.

📋 Description

• Build the financial blueprint to take Lumos to $100M ARR over the next three years. • Help transform pricing from seat-based pricing to a model for agents and AI identities. • Build a high-leverage, AI-native Finance team. • Run the Finance function with clean numbers, disciplined spending, healthy banking, and compliance. • Partner with the Head of Sales, Head of Engineering, COO, and CEO as the financial voice in major decisions. • Own the board, investor updates, and banker relationships. • Keep the company prepared for its next funding round. • Report directly to the CEO.

🎯 Requirements

• Have been the #2 or #3 in Finance at a $100M+ private company, or the Head of Finance at a growth-stage company. • Have closed a real funding round. • Have built a capacity model for a sales-led enterprise GTM motion. • Have driven transformation, not just optimization. • Be AI-native and use Claude or equivalent every day. • Be able to identify three things stopped being done manually in the last 12 months. • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors. • Know when to step back and let the operator make the call. • Ability to hire well and operate effectively in major company decisions.
