• Manage client relationships and provide acquisition and retention strategy across 6+ DTC clients. • Own the email production process end-to-end for designated accounts. • Oversee the development, launch and continual optimization of retention strategies. • Provide final QA on all team deliverables. • Evaluate and analyze ad hoc, weekly and monthly reporting for clients. • Coach and mentor direct reports in account management, communication, and email strategy.
• 2-5 years of email marketing experience in the e-commerce industry. • Experience working at a marketing agency. • Hands-on experience using Braze within the last 3 years. • Advanced experience with campaign management tools and/or an ESP, primarily Klaviyo. • Strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. • Strong organizational and presentation skills. • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities. • BS/BA Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing or related field is desired.
