📋 Description

• Run fit-to-standard and design workshops and document finance requirements for the Ukrainian entity • Design, configure, and test FI-CO solutions across General Ledger, closing and period-end processes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury / cash and bank management, and basic Controlling • Design and implement Ukrainian localization for Tax Voucher creation, registration, reporting, VAT reporting integration, and legal e-document flow • Design and implement Down Payment processes, including advance payments and requests, VAT treatment, tax invoices for advances, and clearing against final invoices • Address Ukrainian VAT, statutory reporting, and local accounting requirements • Integrate FI with SD, MM/PTP, PS, and other modules with functional leads • Prepare test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and support cutover and finance-object data migration • Write functional specifications for ABAP and integration teams and review their results • Provide knowledge transfer and end-user documentation • Support hypercare

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of SAP FI-CO experience • At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations • Good working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury / Bank Accounting • Hands-on Ukrainian localization experience covering the Tax Voucher (tax invoice) process and Down Payment (advance) process, including VAT implications • Solid understanding of Ukrainian VAT and tax invoice legislation as applied to SAP • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with business users, project managers, and other consultants • Fluent English, written and spoken • Availability for the full 6-month duration • Ukrainian language is a plus, not a requirement • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori finance apps is a plus • Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance or e-document / e-invoicing solutions is a plus • Exposure to multinational / multi-country rollouts and global templates is a plus • Experience with SAP Activate or similar project methodologies is a plus • Good knowledge of Controlling processes, including product costing and profitability analysis, is a plus
