📋 Description

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and medical histories • Diagnose and manage obesity and related chronic conditions • Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical protocols and supervision requirements • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans • Monitor patient progress, safety, and treatment response • Educate patients on medical and behavioral aspects of obesity care • Escalate clinical concerns and adjust care as appropriate • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and participate in case reviews • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR • Uphold telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP license and DEA in good standing (required) • Preference for these states: CT, MD, NC, NH, OH, RI, TX, VA, VT • NP board certified or PA program graduate (accredited) • Telehealth eligibility in assigned states • Primary care, obesity medicine, endocrinology, or chronic disease experience (preferred) • Telehealth experience (preferred) • Strong clinical judgment • Excellent virtual patient communication • Comfortable with protocols and supervision requirements • Collaborative, team-oriented • EHR and telehealth platform proficiency • Reliable internet and private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
