📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments via virtual visits • Provide MNT for obesity and related chronic conditions; develop individualized nutrition care plans • Deliver nutrition education and counseling using behavior-change frameworks • Support patient engagement through clear communication; escalate clinical concerns as appropriate • Collaborate with physicians, NPs, health coaches, and care coordinators; participate in care planning/case reviews as needed • Document encounters, assessments, and care plans in the EHR; use telehealth and patient engagement tools effectively • Maintain licensure standards, HIPAA compliance, and required training/professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Active RD/RDN credential in good standing • Active LD/LDN or CD/CDN license in state(s) of practice • Bachelor’s or master's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field • Clinical/ambulatory experience providing nutrition counseling or MNT (required) • Experience with obesity/weight management/chronic conditions and telehealth (preferred) • Strong patient-centered counseling and documentation skills; comfortable in interdisciplinary teams • Comfort with EHRs, telehealth platforms; reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
