📋 Description

• Serve as the primary communications hub for LUX Infusion Ambulatory Infusion Clinics • Answer, screen, route, and document calls using multi-line phone systems • Collaborate with intake, nursing, scheduling, clinic operations, IT, and support teams • Provide callers with clinic hours, locations, and service guidance following approved protocols • Take complete messages and escalate time-sensitive or urgent information appropriately • Follow escalation procedures for urgent, sensitive, or patient-impacting calls • Support emergency and on-call communication processes as needed • Maintain accurate call logs, message documentation, and internal directories • Handle high-volume communications calmly and professionally • Identify opportunities to improve communication workflows and clinic experience • Support administrative, coordination, and special-project needs for clinic operations

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, professional verbal communication skills and attention to detail • Strong ownership and accountability for accurate routing, documentation, and follow-through • Comfort handling high call volumes while staying calm and compassionate • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and privacy standards • Willingness to learn systems, workflows, and escalation protocols in a healthcare environment • Ability to participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training • Compliance with LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies and Compliance Manual • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks effectively • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 25 pounds • Required close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, plus ability to adjust focus
