📋 Description

• Support clients through onboarding • Develop a strong command of the Luxury Presence platform • Work cross-functionally to ensure clients are getting maximum value from their investment • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication • Create a raving fan of every person that crosses your path

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client-facing role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort learning new software platforms quickly — experience with content management systems and integrations are a plus (ex. Wordpress, shopify, and common CRMs) • A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, and/or paid media) or a genuine eagerness to learn • A track record of being reliable, organized, and thorough in your work • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus!) • Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and a friendly and sunny disposition
