• Build the systems that make the creative team reliable • Set the visual standard for Luxury Presence • Implement AI tools and workflows • Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary creative team
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years leading creative teams, with at least 2 years in a director-level role • Experience working at a high-growth company as an internal creative stakeholder • Track record building operational systems that improved delivery reliability • Hands-on experience implementing AI tools into creative workflows
