📋 Description

• Conduct B2B cold calls targeting clearly defined audience segments • Make initial contact with decision-makers (managing directors, business owners, and sales leaders) • Qualify leads according to predefined criteria • Schedule appointments for consultation calls • Accurately document conversations in the CRM • Provide feedback on objections and call quality to help optimize scripts

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written German skills • Confident, personable manner on the phone • High level of self-motivation and persistence • Basic understanding of sales and telephone prospecting preferred • Structured and reliable working style • B2B experience is a plus, but not required • Minimum availability of 5–10 hours per week
