📋 Description
• Manages individualized, evidence-based nursing care through the nursing process • Demonstrates knowledge of hospital policies and procedures for administering and recording medications • Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees • Implements medical plan of care and nursing interventions • Identifies discharge-planning needs of patient/family/significant others • Communicates patient care problems to RN • Maintains accurate documentation of nursing care provided
🎯 Requirements
• Technical School Diploma LPN Program • Ability to comprehend policies and procedures • Basic computer skills • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards • Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
