📋 Description

• Inter-agency Coordination: Planning and coordinating between NOPP and ONR representatives, including managing Inter-agency Agreement (IAA) drafts and facilitating and planning monthly Inter-agency Work Group (IWG) meetings, to include the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, to ensure cross-agency strategic alignment. • Financial and Spend Planning: Coordinating with the OER Administration and Finance Division to document project funding transfers and formulating the annual NOPP spend plan to ensure fiscal alignment. • Reporting and Outreach: Coordinating the development of the NOPP Annual Report and executing outreach initiatives to expand program visibility; and briefing leadership on inter-agency coordination status during monthly internal OER-NOPP meetings. • Programmatic Services: Coordinating with the NOAA science programs and laboratories for options and funding opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified candidate to support a contract with NOAA Research Office of Ocean Exploration and Research (OER) • Project management and inter-agency coordination services experience • Ability to facilitate and plan monthly Inter-agency Work Group (IWG) meetings • Financial and spend planning coordination experience • Reporting and outreach initiatives execution experience • Coordination with NOAA science programs and laboratories for options and funding opportunities
