📋 Description

• Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision of up to 40 vIOP therapists in clinical practice • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP therapists • Provide ongoing mentoring and consultation to vIOP therapists • Provide ongoing feedback regarding therapists’ performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness • Ensure care provided across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven • Lead ongoing clinical 1:1s and consultation team meetings with assigned vIOP therapists and consultation teams • Provide clinical coverage for vIOP individual and group sessions as needed • Maintain a small personal caseload of clients • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited program • Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States • 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience • Experienced in providing care in IOP setting • Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high risk presentations • Highly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, etc.) • Experienced in brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement based care • 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence based therapies • Prior administrative management • Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care • Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment • Excellent interpersonal skills (listening and communicating) • Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
