• Deliver direct client care through time-limited, evidence-based telehealth treatment • Conduct individual, family, and group skills training sessions • Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients and psych urgent care appointments • Conduct risk and safety assessments and develop stabilization plans • Train, manage, and supervise vIOP Associate Social Worker therapists • Provide clinical quality oversight, mentoring, and clinical and administrative supervision • Review clinical quality metrics and provide performance feedback • Consult on clinical cases • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists • Ensure care is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven • Lead clinical one-on-ones and consultation team meetings • Assist with quality improvement initiatives, specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews • Provide clinical coverage for individual and group sessions as needed • Attend clinical consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and training • Report to the vIOP Clinical Quality Manager
• Master’s degree from a clinical social work track (LCSW) from an accredited program • Current unrestricted license to practice in California • Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed • 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience • Experience in a high-acuity IOP, PHP, or residential setting • Skill working with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high-risk presentations • Skill providing evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and TF-CBT • Experience helping children, teens, young adults, and families achieve goals • Experience in brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement-based care • 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence-based therapies • Prior administrative management experience • Cultural humility and commitment to culturally responsive care • Experience with video therapy and supervision/consultation using video conferencing software • Comfort with technology and fast-moving environments • Availability to work 11am–8pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday • Potential availability to work Saturdays • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week • Full-time resident of the United States
