📋 Description
• Recruit mental health providers for specified roles and geographic areas • Screen resumes • Schedule interviews • Serve as the provider's primary point of contact • Manage the full recruitment process from outreach through provider evaluation • Help expand Lyra's Clinical Provider Network and support the redesign of mental health care delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of work experience in a clinical recruitment role in healthcare, especially recruiting mental health therapists strongly preferred • Passion for changing the behavioral health landscape • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an outstanding phone presence • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills • Proven record of success • Strives for excellence and productivity • Proficiency with recruitment technology stacks • Familiarity with Lever preferred • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce • Experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk and/or HR platforms
