📋 Description

• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to leaders, HR, and ER teams on employee behavioral health concerns, workplace dynamics, and support strategies • Coordinate and facilitate critical incident responses, including identifying responders, organizing logistics, and conducting follow-up care outreach • Deliver discreet, high-touch clinical support to executives and VIP employees • Respond to calls and emails from company representatives with clinical expertise and Lyra resource guidance • Proactively reach out to high-risk or in-crisis employees, offering immediate support, risk assessment, safety planning, and care navigation • Collaborate with Customer Success, Workforce Transformation, operations, and clinical leadership • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and Lyra protocols • Identify roadblocks to clinical care and connect clients to appropriate treatment using Lyra’s proprietary software and other methods • Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent • LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required (e.g. LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.) • Candidates must have a state license to deliver mental health services independently • Must have two years post license experience • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting) • Experience with CISD coordination • Experience working with HR/ER and/or corporate leadership teams • Must be a full time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred • EAP/clinical call center experience or organizational consulting preferred • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred but not required
