📋 Description

• Provide short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment via live video • Maintain a caseload of clients with diverse and varied clinical needs • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor client outcomes between sessions • Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to clients’ backgrounds, experiences, needs, and abilities • Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews • Attend training to enhance clinical skills • Access expert consultation and support for complex clients • Manage clinical crises and risk as needed • Collaborate with peers and clinical support resources while working remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, or MMHC • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, allowing independent practice without supervision • No current, past, or pending disciplinary action on the license • Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT • Knowledge of clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred but not required • Computer and live video tools literacy, including Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy.me, or Skype • Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients, with 30 potential bookable calendar spots • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to provide culturally responsive care • Licensed clinician able to work independently
