📋 Description

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment through live video sessions • Maintain a caseload involving diverse and varied clinical needs • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions • Deliver culturally responsive care accounting for clients’ cultural backgrounds and care experiences • Attend one-on-one and peer-group clinical consultation meetings • Conduct peer-based quality-assurance reviews • Attend training to enhance clinical skills • Use expert and specialty consultation for complex clients • Collaborate with peers and support access to high-quality mental-health care

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, or MMHC • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, allowing independent work without licensed-supervisor oversight and with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action • Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT • Knowledge of clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred but not required • Computer and live-video-tools literacy, including Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy.me, or Skype • Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients, with 30 potential bookable calendar spots • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week • Must be a full-time resident of the United States
