📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Systems Architecture team. • Drive operational strategy and multi-system integrations powering Lyra’s provider network platform. • Serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leaders to solve infrastructure challenges and ensure sustainable data flows across provider-facing systems. • Serve as direct people manager to the Product Implementation pillar within Provider Core Ops. • Develop tactical team plans, delegate effectively, and invest in team culture, performance, and career development. • Own operational strategy and execution of product and policy changes across the full product lifecycle. • Enable internal provider and external client/partner audiences for success. • Act as primary operational liaison to Product, Tech, and Clinical leadership. • Surface risks, reconcile program goals with business goals, and align competing stakeholder priorities. • Develop and maintain standardized product development and launch playbooks. • Work with Systems Architecture to align user-facing product features with underlying data infrastructure. • Oversee implementation communications and enablement strategies for providers and clinical operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related high-growth digital health/healthcare function. • Proven track record as a direct people manager with demonstrated success setting operational roadmaps, delegating effectively, managing senior ICs, and mentoring team members. • Deep experience navigating the software development lifecycle, product rollouts, and tech stacks including Salesforce, EHR, Zendesk, Asana, and Jira. • Direct experience working closely with clinicians, care providers, or clinical leadership in a healthcare or digital health setting. • Deep understanding of balancing clinical workflows with product growth goals. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to storytell, manage senior executive/cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiate competing priorities across departments. • Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational and product health metrics to evaluate launch success, measure adoption, and refine processes.
