📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of business-critical technology projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. • Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Operations, Data, and Engineering to assess business needs, gather feedback, and recommend solutions. • Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders and capture requirements and use cases. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs supporting scalable technical solutions. • Manage delivery of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and system integration, focusing on custom billing and revenue cycle applications. • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks. • Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership. • Drive technical integration projects by identifying needs, securing commitments, tracking deliverables, and managing documentation and communication. • Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Ensure projects comply with company policies, procedures, and standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and provide ongoing support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems or IT, delivering and supporting application services and managing revenue operations and finance technology projects. • Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user administration. • Experience with order-to-cash processes, including Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud. • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes, including Billing, claims submission to health plans, denial management, and collections, ideally supported through Salesforce. • Strong knowledge of sales, finance, and accounting processes and standards, including revenue recognition. • Proven ability to elicit complex business requirements from both business and technical audiences. • Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects concurrently, working independently, and meeting tight deadlines. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Structured approach to problem solving. • Strong drive to learn business processes deeply and apply domain knowledge to requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Salesforce Administrator certification or other Salesforce certifications. • Scrum, Agile, or project management certification.
