📋 Description

• Drive product strategy and execution for hardware and device application software enabling the Lytx Video Telematics product suite • Establish the product roadmap, communicate business vision internally, and present strategic direction • Manage a team of product managers delivering products and strategies for new products and features • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to capture requirements and feedback • Discover and validate market opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and make data-driven decisions • Understand how customers and users leverage platforms to streamline business processes • Lead strategic, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS and hardware solutions • Determine buy/build/partner decisions • Engage customers, internal partners, and engineering teams to identify market opportunities and align product portfolio investments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • MBA is a plus • 15+ years of Product Management experience in business-to-business, focused on commercial hardware/firmware products • Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead an impactful team of product managers delivering enterprise products and strategies • Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and goals • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies • Effective use of data-driven decision-making to influence others in a collaborative team • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Product management experience for cellular-enabled IoT and telematics devices, including hardware and firmware, is nice to have
