📋 Description

• Manage international market research projects through the entire project lifecycle • Review project specifications, set up projects, plan resources, fieldwork, and timelines • Coordinate project kick-off meetings and clarify specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities • Oversee programming, translations, overlays, and testing while ensuring quality and timeline standards • Execute project launches and analysis, providing detailed client feedback and solution-oriented approaches • Manage fieldwork, provide timely client updates, and monitor recruitment • Maximize internal sample, manage custom recruitment and partner onboarding, control project budgets, and achieve financial goals • Ensure positive participant experiences, timely incentive approvals, and resolution of project queries • Deliver agreed client deliverables on time and to expected quality • Meet billing deadlines and goals while adhering to internal processes • Comply with M3MR operating procedures, ISO Accreditation requirements, and M3MR group policies • Manage vendor relationships to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution • Support client service improvement plans in collaboration with sales and other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 2 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines • CV must be submitted in English
