📋 Description

• Manage several language-related projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality expectations, and within scope. • Communicate scope and expectations effectively to teams and clients. • Collaborate with project management team and language professionals for project success. • Maintain and create project schedules, timelines, and documentation using project management and document management software. • Prepare quotes and invoices to generate revenue and meet business goals. • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures in project management. • Identify errors and areas of improvement and report to stakeholders. • Document meetings and distribute minutes/actions to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or language studies. • 2 or more years of experience in managing localisation projects. • Essential fluency in English. • An additional language would be advantageous. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet our clients' needs and achieve our business objectives.
