📋 Description

• Own the client support experience for dedicated accounts • Serve as the primary point of contact through the support inbox and phone line • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary • Assist with Machinio System website updates and questions • Build client relationships and product engagement through proactive check-ins, phone and video conversations, and training sessions • Create clear learning materials to help clients understand and get value from the product • Identify client concerns, engagement gaps, and churn risks • Follow up on late payments and apply retention strategies • Work on projects designed to increase client satisfaction and long-term retention • Gather client feedback and testimonials • Identify recurring client needs and opportunities • Contribute insights supporting marketing, product improvement, and the overall client experience • Participate in weekly sessions with the Team Lead to brainstorm solutions and improve processes and methods

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in North America, specifically the Central or Eastern Timezones • Strong client relationship and communication skills • Ability to build trust and maintain excellent client interactions • Ability to lead meetings and training sessions • Ability to clearly explain functions and solutions • Patient, detail-oriented, and proactive • Impeccable attention to grammar and visual presentation • Strong ability to manage assigned work, deadlines, and deliverables consistently • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, product functionalities, processes, and methods • Interest in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, AI triggers, and agentic AI • Thoughtful approach to balancing automation and AI efficiency with human judgment and relationships • Client-focused, retention-minded, and collaborative • Must be online, available, engaged, and actively working during scheduled hours • Ability to work remotely, preferably from EST or CST time zones
