• Monitor UKG benefits interfaces daily to identify and resolve data discrepancies or failed transmissions • Monitor the Benefits Mailbox and respond to or route employee inquiries • Review and process monthly vendor billing statements for accuracy against enrollment data • Reconcile billing discrepancies with vendors and coordinate timely resolution and payment • Maintain organized billing records to support audits and month-end close • Upload and reconcile employee eligibility files to Headspace • Upload and reconcile employee eligibility files to Scripta • Support Open Enrollment coordination and communication • Support year-end data validation • Provide compliance support • Complete other ad hoc benefits projects as needed
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR support role • Familiarity with HRIS/benefits platforms, such as UKG • Familiarity with vendor eligibility file processes • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks independently • Comfortable working with online vendor portals and processing file uploads • Strong written communication skills for employee-facing letters and correspondence • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data • Reliable and responsive, with flexibility to work independently on a part-time schedule • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Analytical mindset • Prior experience in employee benefits or a related field
