📋 Description

• Build project plans in Smartsheet from the Solutions Architect's scope of work, including dependencies, critical path, and sprint boundaries • Track scope, hours, and budget in real time; flag burn-rate risk and address scope creep • Maintain risk registers, RAID logs, action trackers, and project documentation • Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other delivery cadences • Remove sprint blockers and manage sprint-level risks through reprioritization, descoping, story swaps, or escalation • Translate technical progress into business language and business priorities into estimable engineering requirements • Facilitate architecture reviews across India and three US time zones; document and circulate decisions • Produce evidence-backed weekly customer status updates • Own customer escalations and drive them to resolution • Onboard engineers on customer systems, scope, processes, deliverables, and documentation standards • Create kick-off presentations, project charters, and tracking mechanisms with customers • Review and approve timesheets and leaves; maintain capacity planning and team calendar accuracy • Negotiate scope changes and produce formal change requests with impact analysis • Drive sprint predictability through velocity planning and burndown tracking • Run fixed-date customer engagements for Mactores, an AWS modernization firm using its Aedeon agent platform to accelerate delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of delivery experience on cloud engineering or data engineering projects • Hands-on fluency with Smartsheet, Jira / Confluence, and Clockify • Excellent written and spoken communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills • Strong prioritization and problem-solving instincts • Demonstrable track record of driving outcomes, not just reporting on them • Experience managing at least one fixed-bid project from kickoff through closure, including scope change negotiation with clients • Strong grasp of Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, burndown, and sprint predictability • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments where requirements evolve • Experience managing Data Lake projects on AWS preferred • Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) certification preferred • Managing Jira Projects certification preferred • Smartsheet certification preferred
